pride in our reputation on offering our customers top quality, lingerie with excellent value combined with superior customer

responsible for an item description and/or photo of an item that you personally
feel is incorrect or has typographical errors or the display resolution of your computer monitor which displays images
of the merchandise we are offering for sale due to personal individual computer settings,
screen resolutions and other factors unique to your computer.*****
All sales
are final on Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and/or Clearance item purchases. If an item is purchased using a Gift Card/
Gift Certificate and refund is offered, you will be charged a 15% restocking
fee and the balance refunded back to your gift certificate/ gift card. Gift
Cards are valid for one year (12 months) and cannot be renewed and/or
transferred beyond their expiry period.
If you are
not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 4
days of receipt of your merchandise to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) form:support@mypluslingerie.comWhen contacting us about an exchange or
return/refund request please include your order number, name, items you need to
exchange or return and the reason.
All exchanges, returns, and refunds MUST be
authorized by My Plus Lingerie Customer Service department within 4 days of receipt of merchandise AND are
subject to the terms below:
Due to
health and hygiene regulations and given the nature of a particular lingerie
style the following items can NOT be exchanged or returned for a refund:boots & shoes, bras, body stockings,
briefs, costumes, g-strings, hosiery (pantyhose, thigh hi’s), etc. panties,
swimwear, teddies, or thongs and men’s boxers or thongs.
Health
regulations stipulate that any items that are damaged, laundered, opened, soiled or
worn can NOT be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
ALL
returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee less shipping and
handling fees – no exceptions!
ALL
exchanges and return requests (packages) must be received by My Plus Lingerie
within 10 days of RMA approval.
ANY and ALL
leather, vinyl and PVC items can ONLY be returned due to a manufacturers defect
– OR exchanged for the same item in a different size if available.Otherwise AllSalesAreFinal on leather,
vinyl and PVC items.As with any
exchanges or returns your request MUST be submitted within 4 days of receipt of
merchandise.
We willnot accept any exchanges or returns on packages that have been returned without
prior approval and issuance of a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form or should you fail to contacting us
after the 4 Day authorization timeframe.
If you
need to exchange or return any item(s) you MUST send an email to: support@mypluslingerie.com WITHIN
4 DAYS of receipt of purchase or you may call us at 1-888-376-4056. Kindly note, when you send us an email
or call us to please provide our customer service rep with your order number, name, address, and the item(s) that
you need to exchange or return and the reason for your request, this can speed up your return request and processing.
Once we
receive your email request, you will receive a unique RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) form via an email attachment. The email from us will also contain
detailed instructions for your return request – providing the exchange or
return is accepted under our return policy.
When your exchange or return request has been pre-approved please include all original packaging, tags, and RMA form with your package. Return items must not be damaged in any manner. When we receive your return your package will be inspected. If your returned item(s) are damaged you will NOT receive a refund. As ALL returns MUST be in a condition to be resold.
Examples of what is considered damaged merchandise, but is NOT limited to this list below:
Stains
Odors
Bent boning structure on corsets, bustiers, etc.
Rips and or tears
Stitching separation
Item(s) stretched out
Worn and/or Laundered
Broken boning on corsets, bustiers, etc.
Any item that has intricate details such as bows, sequins, appliques etc must NOT be removed or they are considered damaged goods.
My Plus Lingerie is not
responsible for return shipping fees. You are responsible for any
shipping fees incurred on your returned merchandise, unless the merchandise was
damaged or you received incorrect item(s).
When My Plus Lingerie receives
your return for a refund you will receive an email showing the amount of refund
due minus the 15% restocking fee – please allow 1-2 billing cycles for this
refund to appear back on your original form of payment.
When
placing your order, please be certain you have your measurements correct.
We provide sizing charts and in some cases sizing is mentioned within the
description of the item(s). You can also view our sizing chart by clicking here.
Please
keep in mind when ordering any corsets or bustiers, they tend to run slightly smaller than your typical
size as well as items that hug your body such as body shapers.
