Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with an authorized in advance, please email us with any questions or concerns. Please send your package, including your return and exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return unworn items to us and we will gladly issue you a refund or credit your account for a future purchase.

• All items must be new condition, clean, unworn with all tags attached and in it is original packaging.
• Soiled merchandise, nor packages that have been opened thus in unsalable cannot be returned.
• All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.
• For health reasons and by Federal Law, including any garments that cover the crotch area including panties attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. These items cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
• All sales of hosiery, bodystockings, panties, thongs, bras, teddies,other intimate apparel, novelties of any kind, footwear and specials merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted.
• Returns of leather lingerie and or Vinyl lingerie are only accepted for manufacturers defect and size exchange only as they are shipped from another warehouse. Requests must be made within 7 days. All other Leather Lingerie Sales are FINAL.
• Please remember to wear a liner when trying on and outfit that have a panty bottom.
• We must be notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt that you intend to return merchandise
• We will not accept any merchandise without a return authorization
• Returns must be completed within thirty (30) days
• Returns must be accompanied by original receipt (or invoice)
• Returns will not be accepted without a valid (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain a RMA Number, please email us Support@MyPlusLingerie.com
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
• Credits for return merchandise will be issues 20 days after receipt of the returns.
• All tags must still be attached to garment
• Shipping charges paid are non refundable.
• Returns purchased with any discounted offers (including Free shipping, sale item etc) will invalidate the discount provided.
• Garment may not have been worn, used or washed
• Items not returned within 30 days or not in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Merchandise ordered and refused upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping paid will be non refundable
• We will credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping charges. Credit will be provided in the exact manner as payment was received. For example, credit cards will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal via PayPal refunds only, Google checkout via Google Checkout refunds only. Check or Money order payment will be sent a company check for the amount of refund minus a 1.5% check processing fee.

• My Plus Lingerie has the right to update and/or amend this return policy at any time without any prior notification to you or any affiliated parties.
