All returns/exchanges must be authorized in advance, please email us with any questions or concerns and to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

All items must be returned in new condition, clean, unworn with all tags attached and in their original package. For health reasons and by Federal Law, including any garments that cover the crotch area including panties attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.
